Campus Climate Survey

Dear Members of the Mandl Community:
Welcome to Mandl School, the College of Allied Health Sexual Assault Campus Climate Survey. New York State’s Enough is Enough (“EIE”) law requires colleges and universities in the state to conduct biennial campus climate surveys to measure the prevalence of sexual assault on campus, assess students’ attitudes and awareness about sexual misconduct and how to report it on campus, and help schools
identify ways to address the problem. The data gathered by the Campus Climate Survey will serve to inform the guidance and education surrounding these topics as well as the amount of training still needed and in what areas.

In this survey we will ask you about your perceptions of Mandl’s climate on unwanted sexual contact and sexual assault, your perception of how Mandl addresses and responds to sexual assault, the extent to which you have experienced unwanted sexual contact sexual assault, intimate partner violence, or stalking behavior.

Your responses are anonymous. We are grateful for your time and willingness to provide information that will help the college better understand a critical part of student life at Mandl. We are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all students, and your participation in this survey will help us provide programming and informational activities that are appropriate and useful for our community.

Please use Mandl’s published reporting procedures or contact the Title IX Coordinator if you wish to report an incident of harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, or stalking.
