The City of Crookston has received feedback from several of its residents indicating they have seen an increase in loose animals, specifically cats and rodents, in multiple neighborhoods throughout the city.

It is the City of Crookston’s goal to balance the health, safety, and welfare needs of its residents and animals within the city.

As such, we are asking residents to take a short survey in an attempt to fully understand if there is a loose animal problem, the scope of the problem, and how we can work together to determine an effective and humane solution.
