The Midway City Sanitary District (MCSD) is preparing a Hazard Mitigation Plan to help our sanitation systems build resilience and reduce vulnerability to hazards. These hazards include floods, severe storms, earthquakes, and cybersecurity attacks. The Plan will identify MCSD’s risk to a number of hazards and assess the best way to manage those risks to its facilities, solid waste collection, pipelines, and other infrastructure.

This survey is an opportunity for you to share your opinions and participate in this planning process. Any information that you can provide will help us to better understand the community’s concerns.

MCSD is sending this survey to you through the SurveyMonkey platform. The survey contains 13 questions and will take 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey will last from January 13, 2025 to January 31, 2025.

If you have any questions or concerns about the content of this survey – or if you would prefer to fill out a paper form – then please email Dylan Kilby of Navigating Preparedness Associates at dylan@navigatingpreparedness.com.

Thank you for your participation and input. Please encourage your neighbors to participate as well. The link to the survey can be shared with those interested.
