Your answers will help people develop deeper, more pleasurable, + safer experiences with sex + psychedelics. This survey is only for individuals who are 18+. Questions will involve topics around your experiences with psychedelics/entheogens + sexuality**.

Your responses will be anonymous, and by completing this survey you consent to let Dr Cat + her team at SexLoveYoga anonymously publish your responses to help people in upcoming courses, workshops, retreats + any other form of media including: podcasts, books, videos, blogs, + any other medium related to the topic at hand. If any of your stories are shared, they will be anonymous + shared under a false pseudonym to protect your privacy.
