Please be aware that volunteer groups can only have up to 13 voting member positions. An individual can serve on up to two committees/councils as a voting member. There is no limit on the number of simultaneous non-voting and observer positions an individual can hold.

This volunteer group has approximately five meetings* between April 2025 and April 2026. This often includes an in-person meeting at the WQA Convention & Exposition and the WQA Mid-Year Leadership Conference.

3-Year Term (you can always opt to roll off early if needed)
Expected to attend and participate in meetings, including in-person meetings

Non-Voting Member (This position is for engaged participants seeking a voting member position in the future)
1-Year Term (can be renewed each year)
Expected to attend most meetings, including in-person meetings

Observer / Info Only (This position is for individuals looking to learn about the volunteer group and listen to updates)
1-Year Term (can be renewed each year)
May attend meetings and receive updates
