Your input is invaluable and will play a key role in moving CAEM's advocacy strategy forward.  To that end, we are asking you to take less than 5 minutes to fill out the following survey.

Background
The data collected by Crestview Strategy last November has been an essential tool in helping us to make our case and secure meetings with various MPs and government departments.    As the pandemic continues, without a clear indication regarding the re-opening of our industry, your participation in this survey will help us further amplify our voice with government.

3.What percentage impact has COVID-19 had on your revenue? e.g. decreased by 75%(Required.)
