St. Johns County 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan, 2022 Annual Action Plan, & Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Survey

St. Johns County is a recipient of funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and is conducting this survey:

1) To collect updated information on housing and community development needs in the St. Johns County for the Consolidated Plan and Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing; and

2) To better understand residents’ housing decision and their experiences living, working, or going to school in St. Johns County.

This survey is not associated with a ballot issue or political poll. Your input will help us determine what programs/projects should be funded with our HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) allocations. Please invite others to participate in the survey.
