Cessnock City Council has engaged Proto Partners to assist Council to help drive continual improvement in the delivery of customer service. We would appreciate your honest and constructive feedback to assist with improving and developing our customer experience strategy.
 
This survey consists of 4 questions, and will take under 4 minutes to complete. 
 
At the end of the survey you can opt in to provide additional feedback and suggestions by voluntarily supplying your name and contact number to Proto Partners.  Contributions will be collated and provided to Council by Proto Partners with the key outcomes of feedback.
