EXERCISE AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR ASTHMA MANAGEMENT: AN EAACI SURVEY

The following survey has been designed by the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) to provide insight into patients, parents and healthcare providers knowledge, experience, perceptions and opinions of exercise training and physical activity engagement in the context of asthma management. The questionnaire consists of four sections and takes approximately five minutes to complete: section one (completed by all), section two (completed by asthma patients [>18 years]), section three (completed by parent or guardian on behalf of child with asthma [<18 years]); section four (completed by healthcare professionals).
