Welcome to the Dane County Household Food Survey!

Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this survey!

It’s being sponsored by a coalition of various organizations, including the Dane County and City of Madison food policy councils and various nonprofits and partners who are working to enhance our local food system.

This survey will help us learn more about Dane County residents and their hopes related to healthy and local food so that we can develop and prioritize recommendations that will improve everyone’s access to the nourishing foods they choose.

We are collecting information about who you are so that we can better understand how different groups of people experience food access in our community.

This survey has 51 questions and should take about 20 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential, and all results will be anonymous and stripped of any identifying information.
