Health Workers' Pay Offer April 2021

Health Workers have received yet another blow to their pay. This week, the HSU received an offer from the Ministry of Health regarding your 2021 wage increase.

What is on the table?

The Ministry of Health has offered a 1.5% maximum pay increase from 1 July 2021, including any required increases to superannuation. This is maximum pay rise allowed under the Berejiklian Government’s new Wages Policy.
