Point Douglas Regional Trail is an on & off street trail located in the southeast region of City of Saint Paul along Highway 61 from Burns Avenue to Bailey Road. The purpose of the project is to prepare a master plan for a continuous off-street multi-use trail. Please tell us how you use the existing Pt. Douglas trail or multi-use trails in general! Funding has been secured from a Parks and Trails Legacy Grant.
