Prosper CO - Top Ten Survey
Prosper CO is executing on the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce's commitment to make Colorado the best place in the country to live, work and do business, no matter your race, ethnicity or gender. To create an economy that works for all, it’s going to take all of us, and we are starting with the changes that all of us as employers need to make. We have started a list of strategies we call the
Prosper CO Top 10
, which provides methods and ideas that employers can apply to move us closer to our goal.
Prosper CO is about providing the right tools, resources and visibility to the businesses in our region that are doing good work. As part of this effort, we are launching a portion of our
job board
specifically for organizations that are advancing their diversity, equity and inclusion work, based on the
Prosper CO Top 10
. In order to be listed in this portion of the job board, employers must take the Prosper CO survey to indicate what Top 10 actions they are implementing. We believe that this job board will signal to a more diverse candidate pool that these listed employers are committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable economy.
The secondary purpose of this survey is to help us understand what our employers and members are doing regarding best practices so we may develop the right tools and resources to support your efforts to implement more of the
Prosper CO Top 10
. Your data will not be released to the public, but we ask you to identify your business, so we know to list you on the job board. Prosper CO staff will look at the collected data in aggregate to see what employers are implementing and where there may be gaps. We will review your input and integrate what is relevant into upcoming programs and projects.
- We will not identify your organization in follow-up materials unless we specifically request permission to do so.
It takes all of us as employers to create a more inclusive, diverse and equitable region – and that means holding ourselves accountable.
