Outright International is preparing a report on Pride Around the World. We aim to document Pride events and other events centered on LGBTIQ visibility. In this brief questionnaire, Outright seeks to learn about the various Pride events and other LGBTIQ visibility events undertaken in 2024, specifically Pride in solidarity with political movements, such as Pride supporting Palestinian liberation. We also seek information on Pride events highlighting racial equality, migrant and refugee inclusion, climate justice and other social justice issues. This will contribute to a new report to follow our Pride reports issued in 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021. Although this form is in English, you can send your responses in any language. You do not need to provide your name; your email address is only recorded for follow-up questions, if you choose to be contacted. For our research purposes, these are public-facing, open, and visible events to affirm the existence of LGBTIQ people, demanding recognition and protection of our rights, and/or celebrating progress. This may include events labeled as "Pride" and IDAHOBIT, Trans Visibility Day, Intersex Awareness Day, and other similar events if they are public-facing.
