Course Information

Powerhouse Partnerships
Thursday 10 October 2024 | 09:30-17:00 | Glasgow
This 1-day interactive course covers the principles of creating a powerhouse job-sharing partnership.

Job sharers will learn about best practice in offering clear and consistent communication with each other, teams and colleagues, as well as how to get the best out of the partnership and the people they work with.

The course provides participants with the tools required to create a powerful contract between the job-sharers and the confidence to make an impact as a partnership.

This course is designed for people to attend in pairs with a potential future job share partner as some exercises in the course are designed to be worked on in partnership and in developing you as pair. However if you have not already found a partner, but are interested, please apply as we may be able to help find your partner or have alternative courses available.

If childcare or transport costs are a barrier to attending this course, please get in touch via vision@bectu.org.uk as we have funds available to help.
