This full-day interactive training focuses on power-building principles, fostering a shared understanding of power, strategies for engaging community power, and the role of power-building in advancing health equity and racial justice. You will learn to operationalize community power-building strategies, promote awareness of power dynamics, and envision equitable dynamics within the community. The goal is to empower participants to take action and improve health outcomes for all Riverside communities through a deep understanding of structural racism and practical approaches to advancing racial equity.
