The following survey has been developed to evaluate your clinical placement and will take approx. 10 minutes to complete.
There are two sections to this survey. The first section pertains to specific aspects of your clinical placement. The second part of the survey requires you to identify your confidence in performing particular clinical skills as a result of your placement.
The information provided will assist MCP to continually improve the program. The responses to this survey form part of the program evaluation, however the data is reported as a collective response and will not be individually identified.
