Instructions for review:
You are being asked to participate in a survey to provide feedback on the Phase II draft CCN Course Templates developed by the Common Course Numbering Faculty Workgroup (CCNFW) during the October 2024 convenings.
This survey is specifically asking respondents to review the draft CCN Template against the C-ID descriptor currently available for the course. This review and feedback is vital for ensuring the transferability and articulation of each of the courses with a CCN template and C-ID descriptor.
The survey will be divided into two parts.
Part 1 will ask you to identify your demographic information, including your name, contact information, institutional affiliation, and system affiliation (CCC, CSU, UC, Independent College or University).
Part 2 will prompt you to provide feedback on the content of the drafted CCN template. The C-ID descriptor is provided alongside the template for review as the C-ID descriptor provides the minimum required content on the CCN Course Templates. In other words, the CCN Course Template for each course was built from the current C-ID Descriptor for the course and CCNFW members added any additional content or pieces of information necessary for the CCN Course Template requirements. This may include additional information needed for University of California Transfer Course approval, Cal-GETC area approval, or information needed to transfer as major preparation.
If you require accessibility assistance with the CCN Course Templates, please request support by emailing info@asccc.org. We are committed to ensuring an inclusive experience for all users.
Thank you for taking the time to provide your input on the Phase II draft CCN Course Templates developed by the CCNFW. Please complete the survey to provide your feedback by December 4, 2024.
