Nominate A Pennsylvania Workforce Development, Employment, & Training Professional! 

The Workforce Phoenix Award recognizes a Pennsylvania workforce development, employment, and training professional who demonstrates innovation and leadership, acts as a change-maker, and most of all provides excellent service to others – uplifting staff, individual clients, stakeholders, and the community.

The award will be presented to a nominee who shines at all times and embodies the values and strength of Pennsylvania’s local workforce development system.

The Workforce Phoenix Award will be given to a nominee who:
  • Has actively participated in local workforce system activities for at least three years as of March 1, 2025
  • Demonstrates commitment to serving others
  • Fosters a culture of innovation
  • Exemplifies leadership
  • Is a PWDA member or is employed by a PWDA member organization
