OHS Application for Spay/Neuter and Medical

Apply here for a one time appointment for:
Spay/neuter, one set of basic vaccinations, de-worming, and mandatory iD: microchip or tattoo.
Medical Cases are case by case if funding allows. If your pet is in pain or distress, do NOT wait for a response - go to a vet!
ALSO for medical cases please apply to:
www.petcard.ca for a veterinary loan once the vet has provided a plan and a quote.
PLEASE NOTE: OHS Response times will vary from 1-14 days based on volume, and will be by email with an OHS CASE# from:
petassistance@okanaganhumanesociety.com
Priority will be given to lowest income applicants and critical situations.
Please exhaust all other options first: family, friends and an application for a veterinary loan from www.petcard.ca

General Qualification Guidelines:
Couples & Family income under $34K/year
Individual income under $24K/year

Follow instructions in the email and be prepared to respond to the email thread using your OHS CASE# with a photo of ONE of the following: Pay or benefits stub, screen shot of deposit, T4, Tax Summary or Notice of Assessment for each related income earner in the household.
