The application form has five sections:

1. Eligibility Check - To confirm you meet the initial requirements to take part in the Fellowship
2. Contact Information
3. Document Upload - Where you will upload your resume(s), cover letter, and recommendation letter in PDF format
4. Professional Information - You will be asked to respond to two questions:
a. How does a role in the anti-trafficking sector fit into your career goals?
b. How do you meet the job criteria for the Fellowship role you have selected, and why you are interested in that particular role?
5. Professional References - You will need to provide the name, title, email, and contact info of two people.
