Dear Business Owner or Operator,

In order to determine how to best serve our local business community, the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce is conducting a confidential survey of our membership. We invite you to take a few moments to fill out this online survey.

The survey was created in consultation with students from the USC Marshall School of Business.

In addition to general information about your company, we are hoping to learn how you view the future of your business, what we may be able to do to enhance your profitability and how you see the future of your industry.

More importantly, we want to hear from you about the efforts of the Pasadena Chamber to support your business and our local economy.

The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. Individual responses will not be shared with any other business, entity, agency or the media. Your survey response will only be used for data collection, and will never be given to a third party for any reason.

Thank you for taking part in the survey. Please fill the survey out by June 5, 2014. We will share the results on a forthcoming email blast and in the monthly newsletter, once the data has been analyzed.
