Story Park.

Pocket Park.

Burke Heritage Park:
The area currently features a xeriscape garden and the Alhambra Historical Society Museum. A large turf area behind the Museum provides space for leisurely neighborhood recreational activities; however, no features exist. What improvements would you like to see at Burke Heritage Park?

Situated along Fremont Avenue, the park features a large sculpture of Alhambra’s inspired arch, walking paths, and benches. Several plants and flowers dominate the space. The proposed project involves the conversion of the flower beds and other landscape into turf to enable greater leisurely use of the space including picnicking and gathering.
