Paddock to Plate and Waste. School poster and project exhibition. 2023 |
Thank you for your interest in the Paddock to Plate & Waste project. Please fill out the following details to register your class for the project.
The poster exhibitions will be held at the end Term 3 2023 with a 1 - 2 hr opening at each of the exhibitions. Details and Dates to be confirmed. Please note Yarra Ranges (YR) classes and schools with lower SIEFA index will be priority.
Incentives:
All classes (up to 30) that complete lesson plans, send photos of posters or have posters in exhibition, and complete the evaluation will receive $60 to assist with poster materials etc.
Prizes:
All classes that complete lesson plans and have posters in the exhibition, and complete the evaluation will go into a draw for 1 of 2 ECOSS discover tours valued at ~$250 each
2 x $50 Cookbook from Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation and 2 x $50 garden kit donated by Permaculture Yarra Valley
In addition:
ALL Yarra Ranges classes that complete lesson plans, have posters in the Exhibitions, and complete the evaluation will go into the draw for:
- 2 x $330 12 month membership to Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program (must have at least 2 classes involved) – donated by Yarra Ranges Council
- 6 x $100 vouchers for Cool Australia professional development or resources. Donated by Inspiro and Eastern Health
Prize pool of $3760
This project has been designed by the Inspiro Health Promotion Team. Project partners include Yarra Ranges Council and Eastern Health. The project is funded by the Victorian State Government and grant funding though the VicHealth JumpStart initiative.
