Harbor Regional Center’s (Harbor) mission is to provide innovative and person-centered services, supports and information that empower people with developmental disabilities and their circles of support to live their best lives in our culturally diverse communities.
You are invited to participate in a brief survey that will help Harbor determine which services are most needed by the people we support and their families.
