Service NSW unpaid overtime survey

This survey is being run by the PSA to gather information in regards to unpaid overtime. All of the information gathered will be kept in strict confidence. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the organiser - Kirra at kjackson@psa.asn.au or reach out to your local delegate

4.Are you employed directly by SNSW Full time, Part time or Casual/Skillhire?
5.If your role requires you to set up your workstation each day (i.e. start up computer systems), how many systems do you need to start up and operate to do your role? (DRIVES, TCA/CUPS, Soft Phone, Outlook, Chrome/IE etc)
6.On average, how often is it for you to start working before your shift time (start up systems, set up till, complete reporting, prepare for meetings etc)?
7.On average, how many minutes a day do you work before your shift start time time? (start up systems, set up till, complete reporting etc)
8.On average, how often is it for you to finish working after your shift end time (customers still in queue, balance out, complete reporting, prepare for meetings etc)?

11.On Average, how often do you get paid for your overtime?
12.Does your workplace have an informal policy on how much overtime must be worked before you can claim overtime pay? (e.g. must work more then 7 minutes to claim)
13.Have you been directed by a Team Leader or Manager to not claim overtime or have you been refused overtime pay, when you have worked after your shift end time?
