Healthcare trend is raging back. In a recent survey of nationwide HR leaders, it was no surprise to us that containing healthcare costs for employers and their employees occupied the number one and two priority spots. Additionally, employers need to be highly competitive in their benefits and other perk offerings to attract and retain talent.

The obesity/diabetes/metabolic syndrome space has also become a focal point as the cost of GLP-1 drugs is straining budgets, but employees are demanding attention around these medications from their health plan. At the same time, new studies have shown that the cost savings from weight loss may justify expanding coverage.
