2023 GLOBAL ONCE OPEN SCIENCE CONFERENCE Survey

The purpose of the Global ONCE programme is to provide rational, reasonable, and legitimate ocean-based solutions to climate change. The programme has officially endorsed by the United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (2021-2030). In November 8th 2023, Open Science Conference will be hosted by the Global ONCE programme and co-hosted by Xiamen University. The conference aims to further explore regional and global ocean negative emission implementation plans aligned with the Global ONCE programme. Scientist with multidisciplinary expertise, policymakers, and citizens shared the same vision from around the world will gather to discuss cutting-edge topics related to the Global ONCE approach.
