Community Heart & Soul is a resident driven process that engages the entire population of a town in identifying what they love most about their community, what future they want for it, and how to achieve it.

Laramie's Community Impact Cooperative is using the Heart and Soul model to improve the social and economic health of Albany County. Through listening to stories and collaborating with local non-profits and civic leaders, we collect community health data that informs strategies to strengthen our community.
