COVID-19 & Bankruptcy Practice Survey

This is an important opportunity for NACBA to gather feedback from the bankruptcy community about how things have been since the onset of the COVID-19 crisis and closure of courthouse buildings across the country. The goal of this survey is to share compiled information with the court system along with recommendations to ensure a safe return to full operations as conditions allow.  POLL CLOSES Friday, July 3, 2020
