BUDGET INPUT DEFINITIONS
Facility Rental
A fee paid for the use of a property that is not physically connected to the Church such as a gym, meeting room or conference center.
Food
Purchase of food (prepared or unprepared) or refreshments for an event or activity associated with a ministry or function.
Honorarium
A fee paid to a person or group for speaking, teaching or performing for a ministry or function affiliated with the church.
Lodging
A fee paid for overnight stay at a conference center, hotel or other organization that charges a “room rate” for such stay.
Registration
A fee charged for participation in an activity such as a conference, workshop or training.
Supplies
Any materials used in ministry activities such as Arts & Crafts, receptions, programs, etc.
Tickets
A fee paid for the admission to an event or activity.
Training
A fee paid to an individual or group used to provide training/instruction for the ministry.
Transportation
A fee paid for car rental, bus rental, airfare or any form of public transportation used in connection with the ministry.
Music
Fees paid for musicians, sheet music, instrument rentals used by various ministries of the Church.
Educational materials
Fees paid for publications, workbooks, bibles or other materials used in Sunday school. Bible study, Vacation Bible School or other Christian Education activities associated with various ministries of the church.
Decorations/Flowers
Flowers and seasonal materials used for various programs on the church campus.
