As we prepare for our move to the new Tanner Street building, we've taken some time to reflect on the IT arrangements needed to support our customers both during the transition and in the future.
Here’s what we’re planning:
Enhanced Networking Systems: We're committed to providing an improved networking infrastructure
Increased Bandwidth: We understand you'll need more bandwidth, so we're upgrading to a 10Gbps internet line—a tenfold increase over our current bandwidth
Telephony: Phones becoming less business crucial, we're evaluating our telephony services.
WiFi: We primarily rely on WiFi, although we could still offer options for wired connections, however, we expect this will be the exception rather than the norm
Cloud Integration: Many of our customers have already transitioned to the cloud, or are considering it. Our goal is to significantly reduce or even eliminate on-site communications room capacity
Cost-Effective Printing: By negotiating the lowest prices with printer suppliers and charging you at cost, we hope to encourage you to use our equipment instead of your own
