American Canyon Wetlands Restoration Plan Community Survey

The City’s Wetlands Restoration Plan will address:

Enhancements to wetland habitats
Flood overtopping and erosion of the Bay Trail by improving hydrology of North Slough
New kayak launch as part of the Bay Water Trail
Integration of habitat enhancements and public access with the proposed Wetlands Ecology Center at the end of West American Canyon Road

The project area is west of Wetlands Edge Drive from the road’s southern intersection with Kensington Way to the North Slough Pond, north of Eucalyptus Drive and the closed landfill.
