First day matters - Help us make the first day fantastic for all of you

This survey is designed to help us understand what matters to a Family when welcoming a new Nanny, from the lead up to, and after, their first day. This questionnaire should take 3 mins to complete. 
1.How important is it to you for your Nanny to have an Employment Contract before their first day?
