This is the online evaluation for the recorded podcast "Reducing Cancer through Alcohol Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment." This evaluation will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
To obtain your CE certificate, please complete this online course evaluation and the CE Request portion at the end.  You will then be able to download your CE certificate.  After printing, you will need to insert your name and completion date on the certificate.  We value your feedback even if you choose not to claim credits.
