Mikail Shaikh applies his professional knowledge and interest in Materials Science to his role at Springer, where he is currently the Senior eProduct Manager for their Expert Databases. As a researcher he specialized in the physics and chemistry of thin film semiconductors and nanomaterials, and has worked at prestigious research facilities like the National Chemical Laboratory in India and the Organic Electronics Laboratory at the University of Florida. He has a graduate degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida, and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pune.
