Thank you for your interest in Fountainworks’ Public Leadership Network (PLN) Unlock and Accelerate Your Potential: Assessment and Coaching Services. Unlock and Accelerate Your Potential is designed for individuals and/or teams of 3-10 people.
 
As part of Unlock and Accelerate Your Potential, you will receive the following services:
  • Meet with a coach for a 15-minute goal-setting and assessment selection session
  • Get coordination and logistics support for taking the assessment 
  • Be provided with the results of your assessment 
  • Debrief with a coach at a 60-minute session on what your assessment results mean and what to consider when applying the results

  • DISC
  • CliftonStrengths
  • Change Style Indicator (CSI) 
  • Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)
  • Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI)
  • 360° Leadership Reviews 
  • Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-I) 
  • The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team  
We ask that you take 5-10 minutes to fill out the interest form. This form will be used to help design your assessment and coaching engagement with the PLN. After completing the form, you will be connected with a coach for a 15-minute session to review your goals and select the assessment(s) for you and/or your team. Following this, a Fountainworks team member will follow up with you on the next steps and pricing information (pricing starts at $399 per person).
