Insurance Times has conducted the personal lines broker service survey (BSS) for the last 19 years, investigating brokers opinions, attitudes and satisfaction levels toward the services they receive from their insurance partners. Insurers use the feedback received from the Insurance Times Broker Service Survey to improve the services and products they provide you.
