Promoting the REALTOR® brand
CREB® is launching a local REALTOR® brand campaign to coincide with the busy spring market. This digital advertising campaign will run on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and target consumers who are looking online to sell their home.
Each ad in the campaign addresses why there is value in using a REALTOR® over self-serve online options to sell a home.
Based on market research identifying the top ranked valuable services provided by REALTORS® to sellers, we have developed ads that showcase how using a real estate professional will serve these needs. We also show how professionals help to reduce obstacles associated with online selling and improve the home selling process.
Gathering member feedback is an important part of CREB®’s ongoing marketing efforts to grow the REALTOR® brand among local real estate consumers.
