Community Learning Garden Survey

Feedback Request from our Community

Norwell Farms is developing a design for a community learning garden space at the Norwell Community Gardens, a new public park across from the Donovan Field on the corner of Circuit St and Pleasant St in Norwell. Approximately 2 acres, it will be home to a memorial garden, a wildflower meadow, and a learning garden for the community. Approximately 3/4 of an acre to its south side and closest to the existing parking lot will be the community learning garden.

This is Town-owned land overseen by the Norwell Conservation Commission and it supported by the Friends of Norwell Community Gardens nonprofit. Norwell Farms will be one of the many end users of the learning garden space.

The goal of the learning garden is to create a community space dedicated to fostering environmental stewardship, farm-based education, and to bring our residents of all ages and physical abilities together in an outdoor natural setting.
