2024 Philadelphia Small Business Survey |

ABOUT THE SURVEY
PIDC recognizes the major impact small businesses and nonprofits have on Philadelphia’s communities, so we are asking you to please complete a short survey.
Your input will help PIDC to create financial products and services to best address the current needs of the market. Participating in this survey will ‘help us help you!’
The survey will take about 25 minutes to complete and will close at 11:59PM EST on Friday, August 9. We recommend having your organization's tax return handy while taking the survey to help answer certain questions.
INCENTIVES: CHANCE TO WIN TWO (2) PHILLIES TICKETS or CHANCE TO RECEIVE $100 AMEX GIFT CARD
We value your time and know how busy things can be while running a business, so as a token of our appreciation, the first five (5) respondents will receive a $100 Amex gift card for completing the survey. All subsequent respondents will be entered to win one of ten (10) additional $100 Amex gift cards once the survey concludes on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 11:59PM EST.
Additionally, all respondents will be entered for a chance to win a pair of Phillies tickets for a September 2024 game at Citizens Bank Park.
Every respondent must enter a valid email address and mailing address to be eligible for a gift card or the Phillies ticket.
Your private information will be anonymous. We will never share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing or commercial purposes.
