Shameless: A store dedicated to sexual exploration and wellness in the Triangle, NC

Help triangle locals, Alison and Parker, design a comfortable and informative space to explore sexuality and sexual wellness! We want to be one of your favorite shops to stop in and browse, find specialty items to enhance your pleasure, and a place where you can find resources regarding sexual wellness. We are so excited to hear your input and to hopefully serve our community with a cozy and welcoming brick and mortar shop located in the Triangle!
1.What kind of products would you like to see in a local brick and mortar store dedicated to sexual exploration and wellness? Products that you would like to browse and ask about or see in person? Vibes, sucking toys, dildos, strokers, lube, straps/harnesses, lingerie, etc.? How about specialty items you may not find in a conventional "sex shop" like gender-affirming products like binders or packers, etc.?
2.How have you felt in other stores that provide products for sexual pleasure and wellness? What are some general *vibes* that you would find ideal in a store where you could comfortably shop for these items?
3.Would you be interested in workshops and speaker events regarding sexual exploration and sexual health? If so what are some topics you might be interested in? Getting kinky? Polyamory? Massage with your partner(s)? Anal play?
4.Are there specialty items and toys that you are interested but haven't seen in stores? Maybe a product you would like to chat with someone about and see in person before buying?
5.Are there items that you would buy on repeat at your new favorite local sex shop? Lube, oils, condoms, candles, incense, soap?
6.Would you like to see books and other print media such as zines or pamphlets on sexual exploration and wellness? What topics would you like to see covered?
7.Would you be interested in *spicy* clothing items? Lingerie, leather harnesses, collars? Any other items?
8.Would you like to see some novelty items? Stickers, patches, totes, soaps, greeting cards, etc. that are sex positive and/or queer themed? Which products would you be interested in?
9.Do you produce any fun products that you would like to see in a store for sexual exploration and wellness such as any products listed in the above questions? Give us your name and contact info and we will be in touch about collaborating!
10.Are you a licensed expert in any aspect of sexual wellness? If so, we would love to hear your input on what you would like to see in a comfortable sex-positive and inclusive store to support your clients. Please feel free to leave your contact info here and if you would like to collaborate or provide any continued input while we try to create the most comfortable, useful, and fun space for sexual exploration and wellness possible here in the Triangle. We do plan to compile business contact information for experts in sexual wellness that we can provide to our customers, but we are not quite there yet!
