Overview:
As part of the Brisbane North Primary Health Network (the PHN) After Hours Regional Plan, Impact Co. is working with the PHN to review and provide an updated After Hours Health Needs Analysis, relevant to the PHN’s Region.
The after hours period for primary health care services is defined as
outside 8am to 6pm weekdays
outside 8am to 12noon on Saturdays; and
all day on Sundays and public holidays
This survey is for health care service providers. Its purpose is to identify the following:
Current primary care services that operate in the after hours period
Current and unmet need within the Region for after hours primary care services
Opportunities to enhance primary care services during the after hours period, to improve health outcomes.
The survey should take around 10 to 20 minutes of your time.
