Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your results will be used in this pilot study from the Space Science Institute's STAR Library Network (STAR Net). The purpose is to create a robust final tool that will be used to help libraries across the country better understand their next steps in providing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) programming in their community. The STAR Library Network provides free training, materials, and support to more than 8,000 public libraries across the country. To learn more, visit www.starnetlibraries.org.

The following questions will ask about the following two perspectives: 1) About your library and their commitment to STEAM programming and 2) Your beliefs about the importance of STEAM learning in a library environment. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes. At the end of the survey, you will be asked to provide feedback so that we can continue to improve this tool. Your results will remain anonymous.
