2025 CTE Summer Program Call for Presentations |
PRESENTATION PROPOSALS are requested to further sustain programmatic, classroom and student achievement through professional leadership, postsecondary readiness, new technology, career pathways, best practices, enhanced life skills or successful partnerships. The 2025 Summer Program Planning Committee seeks to highlight and share proven examples of CTE’s impact on students, schools and communities, as well as innovations, technology applications and curriculum. Proposals must identify one of the 12 High Quality CTE Standards.
Proposals are due on February 3, 2025
Please note, according to Galt House Policy, high voltage machinery, open flames, hot plates, and convection burners are not allowed in the meeting rooms. All proposals incorporating equipment demonstrations must be approved by the Galt House or located off site.
ALL PROPOSALS must be submitted online only by the deadline. Accepted proposals will be acknowledged in mid-April 2025.

All rooms for sessions and special events will be set with a projector package: projector, screen, HDMI and VGA/SVGA monitor cables. Microphones will be set in rooms larger than 1,000 square feet. Computers/tablets, special cables such as for a Mac Book, and other specialty A-V items are not provided; and are the responsibility of the presenter or facilitator.
