This form is for providing feedback (Comments for improvement, or Compliments).

The Fire and Emergency Services Support Network (FESSN) strives to continue to provide high quality support for the QFES community and values all feedback as an opportunity to continue to improve. Please provide feedback in as much detail as possible to ensure FESSN management can fully understand your experience.

This Survey can be anonymous (i.e. FESSN can NOT find out who has completed this survey) unless you are providing feedback regarding a negative experience that you would like to be raised as a formal FESSN complaint, in which case you will be requested to provide your contact details below.

NOTE - FESSN complaints are formally processed but provide discretion with details and names of access. Alternatively, complaints can be formally lodged directly with QFES via the following link.

Complaints that are beyond the scope of FESSNs complaint management processes may also be redirected to becoming formal QFES complaints with consultation with the complainant.
