The application deadline for financial assistance for the Sing Out and Bootcamp was March 29, 2024 at noon, which has now passed. If you fill out this form after this date, it will be considered on a rolling basis if we are able to award more assistance. You will only hear back from us if we are able to award you assistance.

Due to the number of spots reserved for financial assistance, participants who have already registered into a program, or who have joined the registration interest list, will not be considered for financial assistance for that program.

Proof of Need

Financial assistance is awarded, in large part, on a need basis. As such, applicants must disclose annual income. We recognize that this is extremely sensitive information and it will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. AWT staff will make all applications anonymous before they are reviewed, and all applications will be permanently deleted/destroyed as soon as the process is complete.

Please confirm below if you are available for the whole tech/show time for at least one cast for any shows you are interested in. If interest in a program is greater than the number of spots available, participants who are able to attend tech/dress/shows entirely for one cast may be prioritized over those with absences.

Applications that are submitted without this completed form will not be considered for financial assistance. Applicants who indicate an interest in a program above but do not provide their absence information for that program won't be considered for assistance for that program.

In order to maintain the most flexibility with casting the play, participants must currently be available for all dates, and hold those dates until after casting and the final schedule is determined
