Welcome to the Expert Directory Application for Physicians

This is a searchable directory of "best in class" medical doctors in North America who have exceptional expertise in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP), including preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome. It will primarily be used to aid patients looking for specialists, but may also be used for physicians looking for peer consultation on difficult cases.

Physicians in this Expert Directory may provide second opinions, consult on complicated cases, and/or provide specialized patient care before, during or after pregnancy. Our criteria is quite rigorous and aims to identify those providers with deep experience in clinical care, academic research, quality improvement initiatives, and/or mentorship. Any questions about insurance or payment will be addressed directly between the patient and you or your office.

If you are a board-certified physician and would like to be considered for inclusion in this directory, please complete this application. Even if you're not certain you meet the criteria, we encourage you to complete the application. If deemed qualified, by completing this application you are indicating that you consent to being included in the directory and you consent to have your contact information, as provided by you, included in the directory. You are welcome to remove yourself from this Directory at any time by emailing expert.directory@preeclampsia.org.

Note: Throughout this survey, HDP is used to refer to any and all hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.
