Peebles Corner Survey
The former Walnut Hills Kroger grocery store site at 954 E. McMillan (see map) has been purchased by The Model Group, in partnership with the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation. The over three-acre site will soon be cleared for a multi-phase, mixed-use and mixed-income development. The redevelopment of the site will bring a mix of uses to the Peeble’s Corner district that will continue to shape the story of Walnut Hills. Due to the site’s size, location and former use it is critical that the development team engages a broad base of residents, business owners, visitors and other stakeholders about the future of the site. This survey is generally aimed at getting a sense of how the future development should interact with, fit into and connect with the community; with a particular emphasis on public space, retail and housing.
