The Park District of Highland Park (PDHP) is actively administering an accessibility project, which includes access audits and development of an updated Transition Plan to meet compliance with title II of The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The purpose of this survey is to receive your accessibility preferences and priorities regarding the PDHP facilities, parks, and park amenities. The District greatly values your feedback. Survey responses will inform the District of the community’s accessibility priorities. Your feedback is anonymous and is used to improve access efforts. We welcome your responses and thank you in advance for participating in this survey.
